Test fees

  • The test fees for MICAT is 1965/-

MICAT Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification from a recognised university
  • Final year students can also apply
  • A valid CAT/XAT/GMAT score

Things to keep in mind

  • The paper is divided into three parts
    Part 1: Psychometric test
    Part 2: Verbal Ability, Quantitative Ability, General Awareness and Divergent-Convergent Thinking
    Part 3: Descriptive Test
  • The total duration of the test is 165 minutes
  • Each part has individual time limits
    Part 1: 25 minutes
    Part 2: 105 minutes
    Part 3: 35 minutes
  • A candidate needs to qualify in the Psychometric test only then the performance in the further sections will be assessed
  • There is no negative marking for questions in Part 1 and Part 3 for Part 2 there is a negative marking of ¼th of the allotted marks
  • The candidate can appear for both the exams. The better score out of the two is considered
